The Ravens will face the Browns without Lamar Jackson after coach Jesse Minter ruled the quarterback out Friday with an ankle injury.
Center Cam Jurgens (concussion) and tight end Matthew Hibner (hand) were also ruled out for Sunday’s AFC North matchup, leaving Baltimore without three offensive players as it visits Cleveland. Tyler Huntley will make his second straight start in place of Jackson, who has not played since he injured his ankle in the first half of Baltimore’s Week 4 win over Tennessee. Jackson missed practice throughout the week before Minter confirmed he would be unavailable.
Huntley helped the Ravens rally for a 30-23 overtime victory in Atlanta last Sunday. His late touchdown pass to Devontez Walker, followed by Derrick Henry’s
two-point conversion, erased an eight-point deficit. Huntley then scored the go-ahead rushing touchdown in overtime.

Baltimore will need another productive performance from its backup quarterback to protect its division lead. The Ravens enter at 4-1, one game ahead of the 3-2 Browns. A win would create a two-game gap, while a loss would tie the teams and give Cleveland the early head-to-head advantage.
Jurgens’ absence delays his Ravens debut after he was traded from Philadelphia. He remained in a red non-contact jersey Friday after being listed as limited Wednesday and Thursday. Rookie Vega Ioane has been filling in at center.
Hibner was seen Friday with a cast on his left hand and was not in uniform. He injured his hand against Atlanta and didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday. The Ravens have not announced a return date for Jackson beyond ruling him out this week. On Sunday, Huntley will again lead the offense.
