Zay Flowers’ dominant season opener against the Indianapolis Colts was interrupted by an injury concern.
The Ravens announced that Flowers is questionable to return with a hamstring injury. Baltimore’s $140 million wide receiver had five receptions for 150 yards and one touchdown before leaving the game, averaging 30 yards per catch.
Flowers entered the opener after dealing with a minor hamstring issue during the latter stages of the summer. He was limited during Wednesday’s practice before participating fully Thursday and Friday and entering Sunday without an injury designation. Before his exit, Flowers delivered one of the best performances of his career. He motioned out of the backfield and turned a pass from Lamar Jackson into a 54-yard touchdown.
The two also connected for a 49-yard gain earlier in the game.

Flowers’ performance gave him his 10th career 100-yard receiving game, tying Mark Andrews for the most in Ravens history. His availability for the remainder of the opener is now uncertain as Baltimore’s medical staff evaluates the hamstring injury.
