Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson did not practice Wednesday with an ankle injury as the team began preparing for its Week 5 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Coach Jesse Minter said Jackson’s availability would become clearer later in the week.
“There will be a point later in the week where we will figure out where he is at,” Minter said.
Jackson missed the second half of Baltimore’s 24-18 win over Tennessee after injuring his ankle before halftime. Tyler Huntley replaced him and would be the next option if Jackson cannot play Sunday.
Wide receiver Zay Flowers was listed as limited with a foot injury after previously appearing on the report with a hamstring injury. Safety Kyle Hamilton was listed as limited with a groin injury, while
outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson did not practice because of his finger injury, extending his absence to four consecutive practices.
The report also included several other significant absences. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey did not practice with hamstring and calf injuries, and guard Andrew Vorhees was sidelined with a foot injury. Tight end Durham Smythe, designated to return from injured reserve, did not practice with an Achilles injury.

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley was listed as a nonparticipant with rest, toe, and ankle designations. Defensive lineman Calais Campbell also did not practice, with his absence attributed to rest.
Receivers Rashod Bateman (shoulder) and Chris Moore (ankle), along with guard John Simpson (groin), were listed as limited. Tight end Mark Andrews was a full participant despite a hand injury.
Jackson’s progress remains the central question, but Baltimore also must monitor Flowers and several defensive starters as the week continues.
