The Baltimore Ravens have Lamar Jackson, Roquan Smith, Kyle Hamilton, Zay Flowers, and several other familiar stars forming the foundation of their 2026 roster. Around that established group is one of the organization’s largest collections of newcomers in recent memory.
Baltimore added immediate starters, an elite pass rusher, rebuilt the interior of its offensive line, and used 11 draft selections before signing a large undrafted class. Some newcomers are expected to start immediately, while others spent training camp competing for the final positions on the 53-man roster.
These 10 newcomers are positioned to make the quickest impact.
1. Trey Hendrickson
Hendrickson gives the Ravens the proven finisher their pass rush lacked. His presence should also create more
favorable matchups for Nnamdi Madubuike and Mike Green.
2. Calais Campbell
Campbell returns to Baltimore as a defensive captain capable of playing inside, setting the edge, and guiding a young locker room.
3. Vega Ioane
The first-round pick is projected to start at right guard immediately. His power should fit an offense built around Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson.
4. John Simpson
Simpson returns as the projected left guard and brings familiarity with Jackson and Baltimore’s expectations.
5. Ethan Pocic
Pocic is the favorite to start at center following Danny Pinter’s season-ending injury.
6. Zion Young
The rookie edge defender progressed faster than Baltimore anticipated and should earn early rotational snaps.
7. Ja’Kobi Lane
Lane’s 6-foot-4 frame gives the Ravens a large target who can complement Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman.
8. Elijah Sarratt
Sarratt offers reliable hands, physicality, and another potential target in the red zone.
9. Durham Smythe
Smythe should play immediately as Baltimore’s primary blocking tight end and complement Mark Andrews.
10. Chandler Rivers
Rivers’ versatility could earn him snaps at nickel, safety, and on special teams.
