The Baltimore Ravens will be without starting right guard Vega Ioane and safety Jaylinn Hawkins for Sunday's Week 8 matchup against the Buffalo Bills, but quarterback Lamar Jackson is set to return after missing three consecutive games.
Baltimore released its final injury report Friday, ruling out Ioane and Hawkins while listing running back Adam Randall and cornerback T.J. Tampa Jr. as questionable. Jackson carries no game-status designation after practicing Wednesday, Thursday and Friday fully. Ioane's absence is particularly notable after the rookie first-round pick returned to practice Thursday, just four days after suffering a reported MCL sprain during Baltimore's 35-13 loss to Cincinnati.
The former Penn State standout was limited Thursday
and Friday, but the Ravens ultimately determined he would not be available against Buffalo.
His absence will force another adjustment along Baltimore's offensive line, which has struggled to consistently create running lanes for Derrick Henry. Emery Jones Jr. replaced Ioane against Cincinnati, while Andrew Vorhees offers another interior option.

Henry was limited to 45 rushing yards against the Bengals, and improving the ground game will be critical against a Buffalo offense averaging an NFL-best 32.8 points per game. Hawkins was also ruled out after missing all three practices with a knee injury. His absence could affect Baltimore's safety rotation, although Kyle Hamilton returned to full participation Friday after being limited Thursday.
Linebacker Roquan Smith also practiced fully Friday after being limited Thursday with a knee injury, giving Baltimore two important defensive contributors ahead of its matchup against Josh Allen. The most encouraging development involves Jackson, who is expected to reclaim his starting role after missing three games with a high ankle sprain.
Ravens coach Jesse Minter expressed optimism Friday about Jackson's availability, saying the team expected to have its franchise quarterback against Buffalo. Jackson's return would significantly boost an offense that has failed to score in the second half of its past two games. Baltimore has lost consecutive AFC North contests, falling to 4-3 after opening the season with four wins in five games.
Elsewhere, John Simpson practiced fully on Friday despite a groin injury, while Ronnie Stanley did not participate for reasons that included scheduled rest. Neither offensive lineman received a game designation. Randall and Tampa remain questionable as they work through their designated return-to-practice windows from injured reserve. Their availability would also require roster activation.
The Ravens will finalize their active roster before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Highmark Stadium.
