The Auburn Tigers will face the Baylor Bears in the Aflac Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, to open the 2026 college football season. ABC will air the game live at 2:30 p.m. CT.
ESPN and ABC have announced that the familiar "SEC on ABC" crew, which includes Joe Tessitore (play-by-play), Greg McElroy (color analyst), and Taylor MacGregor (sideline reporter), will call Week 1's game in Atlanta between the Tigers and Bears. Andy Burcham, Jason Campbell, and Ronnie Brown will have the call on the Auburn Sports Network live from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
In addition to ABC's coverage of the game, SEC Network's premier college football pregame show, SEC Nation, will also broadcast live from outside Mercedes-Benz Stadium ahead of Auburn
vs Baylor on Saturday morning, beginning at 8 a.m. CT. New host Matt Barrie will be joined by Tim Tebow, Roman Harper, Paul Finebaum, and Chase Daniel to break down this weekend's action across the conference. Paul Finebaum's daily radio show will originate from Atlanta on Friday from 2-6 p.m. CT.

Saturday's game between Auburn and Baylor is the second game of an originally scheduled home-and-home series. Auburn defeated Baylor, 38-24, in Week 1 of the 2025 college football season, and both teams were supposed to meet at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn to open the 2026 season. However, the game was moved to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, guaranteeing NIL incentives for student-athletes competing in the game.
The Tigers and Bears will square off on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT.
