The Florida Gators are back in the US LBM Coaches Poll after winning their SEC opener on the road against the Auburn Tigers.
Florida fell out of the US LBM Coaches Poll ahead of Week 3's game against Auburn despite defeating Campbell at home, 52-3. The Gators quickly proved their worth by taking down Auburn on the road and will now face the red-hot Ole Miss Rebels in Week 4 as the No. 21 team in the country. The Rebels, who stunned LSU on Saturday, moved up three spots to No. 6 while Lane Kiffin's Bayou Bengals fell to No. 11.
The SEC is represented in the poll by 10 schools in this week's coaches poll. Texas and Georgia hold the top-two spots in the poll, with No. 6 Ole Miss and No. 8 Alabama rounding out the top 10. LSU is just outside the top 10 at
No. 11, and is followed by Tennessee at No. 13, Texas A&M at No. 20, Missouri at No. 21, Florida at No. 22, and Missouri at No. 24.
Auburn failed to receive a vote in this week's poll because of the loss. Auburn's Week 4 opponent, Vanderbilt, received 29 votes in this week's poll after its thrilling defeat of NC State on Saturday.
