Auburn is looking to regroup after losing its first game of the season on Saturday night to Florida, 44-39. Following the loss, fans are wondering how many wins the Tigers can get after taking that defeat.
Before the Florida game, Auburn had an 83% chance of reaching six wins this season according to the ESPN FPI. Auburn also had a projected win total of 7.2 games. Those percentages have dropped after the Tigers picked up their first loss of the season. The projected win total is now at 6.3 and a 71% chance at six wins this season.
The road to victories will not be easy for Auburn after their next game versus Vanderbilt. They will have consecutive road games at Tennessee and Georgia. Following, will be a home game versus LSU and another tough
road game at Ole Miss. Arkansas and Samford are still on the schedule as games Auburn should win. A November matchup at Mississippi State looks a lot tougher now than it did before the season.
