The Tennessee Volunteers received a bump in the US LBM Coaches Poll after beating Auburn in front of their home crowd on Saturday.
The Volunteers exit Week 5 ranked No. 14 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, up three spots from last week, following their 24-14 win over the Auburn Tigers. Tennessee joins several others, including BYU, Texas Tech, and Ole Miss, in benefiting from Florida's blowout loss to Missouri. Florida fell seven spots to No. 15 while Missouri moved up nine spots to No. 16.
The SEC has 10 teams in this week's US LBM Coaches Poll. Texas and Georgia hold down the top two spots, with Alabama and LSU rounding out the top 10 at No. 7 and No. 10, respectively. Ole Miss (No. 11), Tennessee (No. 14), Florida (No. 15), Missouri (No. 16), and Mississippi
State (No. 20) are in the top 20, and Kentucky cracks the top 25 at No. 25 after its win over South Carolina. Auburn did not receive a vote in this week's poll after its loss to Tennessee.
