Who is in and who is out for Week 4's matchup between the Houston Texans and the Dallas Cowboys?
The Texans look to stop the bleeding and pick up their first win against the Cowboys in Week 4. Houston has started slowly out of the gate in the DeMeco Ryans era, going 0-3 in back-to-back seasons, but an 0-4 loss would almost certainly end any playoff chatter behind an elite defense.
The Texans’ Week 4 showdown between the Lone Star State foes will air on FOX at 12 p.m. CT on Sunday afternoon. The television commentators for the game are Kenny Albert (play-by-play), Greg Olsen (analyst) and Pam Oliver(sideline).
The big storyline for Houston is the return of Pro Bowl wideout Nico Collins and offensive lineman Ed Ingram. Both were cleared to return to practice
after missing the past two games and should bolster both the passing attack and run game that's been depleted in back to back losses.
As for the Cowboys, newcomer Joey Porter Jr. is expected to play after missing the first three games with the Pittsburgh Steelers. During an interview on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said they believe the former second-round pick would get "some snaps" in Week 4 after practicing the past two days. "We're just trying to take things day by day, and if everything looks good, then we should be out there," Porter said following his first Cowboys practice on Thursday, per ESPN's Todd Archer.
