To no surprise, the Wisconsin Badgers have opened as underdogs against Penn State.
The Nittany Lions are a perfect 3-0, having taken down Marshall, Temple, and Buffalo in non-conference action.
They defeated Marshall 45-0 to open the season, went to Temple and defeated the Owls, 27-9, and are fresh off a lopsided 55-13 win over the Bulls.
Now, Big Ten play is set to begin, and Penn State has the honor of hosting the Badgers.
This is Wisconsin's first true road game of the year, and it comes against a Nittany Lions squad that is No. 14 in the US LBM Coaches Poll.
