The Wisconsin Badgers came away with another encouraging win in Week 3, and the Badgers had notable production from two players who could become increasingly important as the season moves along.
Wide receiver Tyrell Henry and tight end Jacob Harris both made their presence felt, giving Wisconsin more options in the passing game.
Henry continued to show why he can be an important piece of the Badgers’ passing attack. The receiver set a new single-game program record for receptions, providing a reliable target and consistently giving Wisconsin opportunities to move the chains.

Harris also made an impact, particularly as a tight
end who can create mismatches against opposing defenses. His ability to contribute as a pass catcher forces defenses to account for him, which can open up opportunities for Wisconsin’s other skill-position players.
The emergence of Henry and Harris gives Wisconsin two players to keep an eye on as the season progresses. If both can build on their Week 3 performances, the Badgers could have even more flexibility in how they attack opposing defenses.
As Wisconsin continues to try to build momentum early in the year, seeing these two come into their own against Eastern Michigan was a huge step forward without Abu Sama and Malachi Coleman.
