The Wisconsin Badgers volleyball team just defeated Florida in a thrilling five-set match that could have changed the trajectory of their entire season.
Coming in ranked No. 5, on paper, it was expected that the Badgers would be able to handle the No. 17 Gators. That said, Florida had defeated No. 11 Minnesota the night prior, so they were already playing above their ranking.
In the end, Wisconsin got the job done, and now, all eyes are on an Auburn team that took the Golden Gophers to four sets the night prior.
Auburn, who started the year a perfect 3-0, lost their first match at the UW Fieldhouse but had a few extra hours of rest before they're now scheduled to take on the Badgers, a team ranked six spots higher than Minnesota, whom the Tigers
lost to last night.
