Had LSU lost this week, they would've fallen out of the AP Top 25 and the US LBM Coaches Polls.
Instead of falling to Mississippi State, they recovered from the Kentucky loss with a dominant 31-0 shutout over the No. 16/19 Bulldogs.
Former Wisconsin Badgers running back Dilin Jones was a huge part of the win as he led all players with 84 rushing yards.
His 18 carries for 84 yards were impressive, but he also had a game-high eight receptions for 58 yards.
It marks the second straight week where he didn't find the back of the endzone, but his 142 total yards were the most he's put up all year.

Jones has a pair of games with over 100 rushing yards this season, but he set
a new season high after his 140-yard performance last week.
The former Badger basically flipped his totals from a week ago against the Wildcats, where he had 16 carries for 56 yards and seven receptions for 84 yards.
