What is the story about?

The Wisconsin Badgers' running back room should be at full strength in Week 4.

After a recent practice, Iowa State transfer Abu Sama III told On3's Evan Flood he expects to play vs. Penn State.

"I’m fully good. 100 percent. Ready to go. Just been doing what I need to prepare this week," Sama said.

Remember, he was suited up for the Eastern Michigan game last week, but head coach Luke Fickell and Co. decided it'd be best if they kept him out of action.

Wisconsin trailed the Eagles 7-3 after the first quarter, so it would've been interesting to see if they threw Sama into the fire had they not responded and ended up winning by 44 points.

Sama has been dealing with a shoulder injury, and that's part of why the Badgers rank No. 117 nationally in both

yards per carry (3.0) and yards per game (92).

Coming off a year where he had career highs in carries (140) and yards (732), Sama has 23 attempts for 156 yards in two games this season.
