The initial Wisconsin Badgers vs. Penn State injury report confirms star Nittany Lions wide receiver Koby Howard is ruled out.

Penn State, which hosts its Big Ten opener ranked No. 14 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, is down a major weapon with a hungry and motivated Badgers team coming to town.

For Wisconsin, four players are ruled out, five are listed as questionable, and four more are listed as probable.

The most newsworthy questionable players for the Badgers are running backs Abu Sama III and Bryan Jackson II, along with wideout Malachi Coleman. Once again, offensive lineman Emerson Mandell is listed as questionable.

Notable probable's include breakout

linebacker Mason Posa, WR Eugene Hilton Jr., and OL Kevin Heywood.

When looking at Penn State's report, the home team has already ruled out nine players, and they have six more listed as questionable with one probable.
