The Wisconsin Badgers went 2-0 this past week, taking down both Marquette and Milwaukee in four sets.
With the non-conference schedule wrapped up, these first 10 matches gave head coach Kelly Sheffield a great temperature check on where the Badgers are truly at.
There were never any doubts, but Charlie Fuerbringer looks better than she ever has. The star setter averaged 13.5 assists per set against in-state opponents, adding 2.75 digs per set in an eight-set sample size.
Fuerbringer was recently named the Big Ten Setter of the Week, but she wasn't the only Badger to earn weekly honors.

Champion put up a monstrous double-double against the Golden Eagles. Her 20-kill, 11-dig performance came in just the third match of her young career.
She may have only played one set the next day against the Panthers, but she notched an astonishing six kills on nine swings.
The Big Ten took notice, and she earned her first conference honor by being named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week.
