Florida State got a boost to their recruiting in the 2028 cycle when three-star edge Meshi Dobson reclassified from the 2027 class. It got even stronger when three-star cornerback Man Robinson commited on Sunday.
Dobson made his pledge to FSU at the end of July. However, he hasn't visited the Seminoles since he committed. Per Kolby Crawford of Noles247, that will change next month. He will be in Tallahassee on Nov. 21 when Florida State plays the NC State Wolfpack, which is their final ACC game of the season.
Dobson is the No. 438 recruit in the nation and the No. 41 edge per 247Sports composite rankings. He's the No. 59 prospect in the state of Florida as well.
The 6-foot-3, 235-pounder is certainly a priority for the Seminoles when it comes to
keeping their 2028 class together. They currently have the No. 5 class in the cycle with three-star athlete Chayse Brown and three-star tight end Troy Silberzahn to go along with Dobson and Robinson.
