The FSU Seminoles will have another shot to win their first ACC game of the season when they play the Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday in Doak Campbell Stadium. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be on ESPN2.
FSU (2-2, 0-1 ACC) is fresh off a 34-7 win over the Central Arkansas Bears. They are now 2-1 at home, but the wins came against a Group of Six program and an FCS program. It will be much harder to beat Virginia, who is 3-1 and just beat Delaware 42-3.
It will be Virginia's first true road game of the season, with them losing to the West Virginia Mountaineers 38-27 in a neutral-site game on Sept. 19. The Cavaliers are already 1-0 in the ACC, opening the season with a dominant win over the NC State Wolfpack.

The Seminoles lead the all-time series 15-5 and are 9-1 at home against the Cavaliers. That level of success has slipped lately, with Virginia winning the last two meetings and three of the past four. Mike Norvell is 0-1 against Virginia, with them losing 46-38 last year in double overtime.

FSU snapped its two-game losing streak against Central Arkansas, but they are still looking for their first win against a Power Four opponent this year. Virginia is a tough matchup for the Seminoles, who have allowed 139.8 yards per game, the 80th most in the country. That is what Virginia's offense is built around, with them averaging 192.8 yards per game.
The Seminoles will fight as they look to avenge last year's loss, which started the season's downward spiral, but the Cavaliers will pull away in the second half as their offense wears down FSU's defense.
