2029 three-star edge Ben McFadden visited Florida State for their game against the Central Arkansas Bears. On Monday, the 6-foot-5, 230-pounder announced on social media that FSU has extended him an offer.
"FSU Offered#GoNoles🍢,' McFadden said.
McFadden is only a sophomore, but he has some notable offers on the table. They include the Miami Hurricanes, Alabama Crimson Tide, Georgia Bulldogs, Auburn Tigers, Ole Miss Rebels, and others.
In seven games as a freshman, McFadden was a very solid performer. He finished with 16 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery. He also plays tigh end, and he's hauled in a couple of touchdowns as a sophomore this season.
McFadden will be an intriguing name to keep an eye on for Florida
State in the 2029 cycle.
