Florida State got back into the win column Saturday, and several Seminoles delivered some of their strongest individual performances of the season.
FSU defeated Central Arkansas 34-7 at Doak Campbell Stadium to improve to 2-2, finishing with 417 yards of offense while limiting the Bears to 248. The Seminoles averaged 8.7 yards per play and held Central Arkansas scoreless in three of four quarters.
Pro Football Focus’ grades were particularly favorable to Florida State’s offense. The four highest overall grades on either side of the ball belonged to offensive players, led by wide receiver Jayvan Boggs and running back Ousmane Kromah.

10. RB Amari Thomas — 70.8
Thomas rounds out the top 10 despite appearing
on only seven offensive snaps. The limited sample is worth noting, but his work was enough to earn a 70.8 overall grade.
9. DB CJ Richard Jr. — 71.4
Richard played 44 defensive snaps, one of the heavier workloads among FSU’s top-graded defenders, and finished with a 71.4 overall grade.
8. DB K.J. Kirkland — 73.6
Kirkland earned one of Florida State’s strongest coverage-related performances, receiving an 80.5 tackling grade and a 74.0 coverage mark.
7. DL Daniel Lyons — 73.8
Lyons finished just behind Cromartie among FSU defenders. He played 37 defensive snaps and received a 74.2 tackling grade.
6. WR Jasen Lopez — 74.0
Lopez made the most of his 17 offensive snaps, finishing as Florida State’s fifth-highest graded offensive player.
5. DB Antonio Cromartie Jr. — 74.8
Cromartie led every Florida State defender despite playing only 18 snaps. His 74.8 overall mark included a 76.6 coverage grade.
4. QB Ashton Daniels — 80.5
Daniels completed 12 of 18 passes for 224 yards and two touchdowns while adding 34 rushing yards. His lone interception kept the afternoon from being completely clean, but PFF still graded him highly overall.
3. OL André Otto — 81.4
One of the less noticeable but important performances came up front. Otto played 46 offensive snaps and earned an 87.6 pass-blocking grade and 81.5 run-blocking mark.
2. RB Ousmane Kromah — 88.7
Kromah continued to provide consistency in the backfield, rushing 11 times for 86 yards and two touchdowns. He also earned an 85.2 rushing grade from PFF.
1. WR Jayvan Boggs — 89.4
Boggs followed up his encouraging performance at Alabama with an even bigger afternoon, catching six passes for 122 yards and a touchdown. His 34-yard third-quarter score helped put the game away.
