The Florida State Seminoles will take on the No. 3 Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium, and FSU will be looking to pull off the massive upset.
In recent years, the Hurricanes have seen success at the quarterback position, with, most notably, Cam Ward turning into the No. 1 overall pick with the Tennessee Titans. In 2024, Ward trounced Florida State with the Hurricanes, 36-14.
From 2020 to 2025, the Hurricanes have had five winning seasons, and they appear poised to make it six. Most recently in 2025, they went 13-3, making it all the way to the National Championship game before losing to the Indiana Hoosiers.
Here's what you should know about Miami, particularly how quarterback Darian Mensah compares to FSU's Ashton Daniels.
