Florida State delivered a much-needed statement victory Saturday, dominating Virginia 38-7 at Doak Campbell Stadium to improve to 3-2 overall and 1-1 in ACC play.
After a sluggish opening quarter that saw the Seminoles fall behind 7-0, Mike Norvell's squad responded with 38 unanswered points, turning what initially appeared to be another difficult afternoon into its most convincing performance of the season.
The Seminoles found success on both sides of the ball, establishing an explosive rushing attack while their defense overwhelmed the Cavaliers with relentless pressure. Florida State finished with 10 sacks and 12 tackles for loss, holding Virginia to just 205 total yards.

10. Ja'Bril Rawls (CB): 69.6
Rawls rounded out Florida State's top 10 with a 69.6 overall defensive grade across 51 snaps. He performed particularly well as a tackler, receiving a 76.6 grade while also earning a 67.9 coverage grade.
9. Charles Lester III (CB): 69.7
Lester made the most of his limited opportunities, earning a 69.7 overall defensive grade. He played just 12 defensive snaps, including five in coverage, where he received a 65.7 grade.
8. Rylan Kennedy (DL): 69.9
Kennedy was another bright spot along Florida State's defensive front, earning a 69.9 overall grade across 47 snaps. His 78.6 tackling grade was particularly impressive as the Seminoles dominated Virginia at the line of scrimmage.
7. Ousmane Kromah (RB): 69.9
Kromah earned a 69.9 overall offensive grade while recording a 70.8 rushing grade. The running back played 40 snaps, the most among Florida State's running backs.
6. Ma'khi Jones (CB): 71.1
Jones was Florida State's highest-graded defensive back, finishing with a 71.1 overall grade across 53 defensive snaps. His strongest individual mark came in tackling, where he earned a 78.8 grade.
5. Quintrevion Wisner (RB): 72.7
Wisner provided another solid contribution to Florida State's backfield, earning identical 72.7 overall offensive and rushing grades. He played 29 offensive snaps against the Cavaliers.
4. Amari Thomas (RB): 79.9
Despite appearing in just two offensive snaps, Thomas earned an impressive 79.9 overall grade. His limited workload makes the grade a small-sample evaluation compared with FSU's other top performers.
3. Micahi Danzy (WR): 80.1
Danzy was Florida State's highest-graded receiver, earning an 80.1 overall mark across 49 offensive snaps. His 75.9 grade in the passing game accompanied a team-leading 70 receiving yards.
2. Omar Graham Jr. (LB): 81.5
Graham led Florida State's defense with an 81.5 overall grade, including an impressive 85.9 run-defense grade. His performance came across 28 defensive snaps as FSU limited Virginia to just 37 rushing yards.
1. Ashton Daniels (QB): 90.0
Daniels earned the highest grade of any Seminole, highlighted by an elite 91.0 rushing grade. His record-setting five rushing touchdowns fueled a historic afternoon and helped him finish as FSU's top offensive performer.
