Florida State is trying to add more talent to its 2027 recruiting haul. They have made an offer to fast-rising three-star cornerback Daveon Belhomme out of Clearwater Central Catholic High School in Clearwater, Florida.
Belhomme got the offer from FSU's cornerbacks coach Blue Adams. He spoke about why he wants him to be a Seminole.
"He told me he liked my tape and I was a great football player. And he wants to get me down there," Belhomme said via Noles247.
On top of the offer, the 5-foot-11.5, 175-pounder is set to take a visit to Tallahassee. He will attend FSU's game on Nov. 21 versus the NC State Wolfpack, which is their final ACC game of the season.
The month of October has been a great one for Belhomme's recruitment. He's also received offers
from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Iowa State Cyclones, Wisconsin Badgers, Ole Miss Rebels, and the Auburn Tigers.
Belhomme is the No. 1,186 prospect and the No. 110 cornerback in the country per the 247Sports composite rankings. He's also the No. 121 recruit in the state of Florida.
Florida State is looking for its first cornerback commit in the 2027 cycle.
