For the fifth time this season, the Florida State Seminoles will be playing a night game. FSU's game against the Clemson Tigers on Halloween, Oct. 31, will start at 7 p.m. ET and air on the ACC Network, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday.
It will be a critical game for the Seminoles, who are on a bye ahead of the rivalry game. They are now 3-4 overall and 1-3 in ACC games after their overtime loss to the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday. They have been better at home this year, going 3-1.
Clemson will not be as rested, with the Tigers set to host the Virginia Tech Hokies on Saturday. Clemson is 4-2 overall and 2-1 in ACC play. They are 1-1 in road games this season, getting crushed by the LSU Tigers in Week 1 and beating the Cal Golden
Bears on Oct. 3.
FSU is looking to snap a two-game losing streak against Clemson, with the Seminoles leading the series 21-17 overall. They are 12-7 in Doak Campbell Stadium, with Mike Norvell going 1-4 against the Tigers in his time as FSU's head coach.
