The FSU Seminoles will play their first game after firing Mike Norvell on Saturday against the Boston College Eagles in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
FSU (3-5, 1-4 ACC) will look quite different in the game, with them also parting ways with defensive coordinator Tony White and safeties coach Evan Cooper. They will also be without wide receiver Duce Robinson, who suffered a season-ending ACL injury
against the Clemson Tigers last week. With Norvell and White both gone, FSU will have a new playcaller on both sides of the ball, with offensive coordinator Tim Harris Jr. handling the offense and interim defensive coordinator Ernie Sims calling the defensive plays. Harris has experience calling plays, but Sims does not.

Boston College (4-4, 2-3) appeared to figure some things out last month, picking up wins over the Pitt Panthers and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, but came back to earth last weekend against the Duke Blue Devils, losing 47-2. They have been much better at home, going 3-1.
Here is an early look at the betting odds and a prediction for Saturday's game between FSU and Boston College.

FSU vs. Boston College predictions, pick
FSU's first game under interim head coach Rick Stockstill will be on the road, but the Seminoles have a great shot to snap their road losing streak. I'm expecting the Seminoles to come playing harder and more motivated, picking up a win over a struggling Boston College team.
Prediction: FSU 30, Boston College 20
