Florida State has landed its fourth commitment in the 2028 recruiting cycle. 2028 three-star cornerback Man Robinson pledged to the program on Sunday. He attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
Robinson joins edge Meshi Dobson, athlete Chayse Brown, and tight end Troy Silberzahn, who are all three-star recruits. FSU has the No. 5 class in 2028 with Robinson's commitment. He had offers from programs such as the Miami Hurricanes, Florida Gators, Michigan Wolverines, Indiana Hoosiers, Oklahoma Sooners, Oregon Ducks, and more.
He's the No. 408 overall player in the nation and the No. 44 cornerback per the 247Sports composite rankings. The 5-foot-11, 178-pounder is also the No. 54 prospect in the state of Florida.
The Seminoles offered Robinson back
in December of 2024. He took an unofficial visit last August for Florida State's season opener against the Alabama Crimson Tide, and he also came to Tallahassee for a camp back in June.
Robinson spoke on why he chose FSU.
"They've shown me the most love since my freshman season. Coach Cooper and Coach Norvell have been the most consistent. And Coach Whites defense fits my style of play. They attack constantly and create turnovers and I consider myself a playmaker," Robinson told Noles247.
Florida State needs to pick things up on the recruiting end, and this was a very solid commitment to get.
