Warner started all 6 games he played for the 49ers in 2025, finishing with 51 total tackles and 2 forced fumbles. In Week 6, Warner suffered a dislocated and broken ankle, which required him to undergo season-ending surgery. The injury halted his impressive streak of First-Team All-Pro and Pro Bowl selections.
Warner and the 49ers will visit the Chiefs in Week 16 of the 2026 season on Sunday, December 27, at Arrowhead Stadium.
