Rookie wide receiver Jacob De Jesus signed with the Kansas City Chiefs' practice squad on November 4 ahead of the team's Week 9 matchup against the New York Jets at Arrowhead Stadium.
De Jesus started his career with the Chiefs as a free agent after the 2026 NFL Draft and competed for a spot on the team's 53-man roster during Kansas City's training camp and three-game preseason campaign earlier this year.
A former University of Nevada, Las Vegas Rebel and California Golden Bear, De Jesus earned first-team All-Mountain West honors three times and first-team All-ACC honors twice during his illustrious collegiate career.

While fans should not expect to see De Jesus take the field for Kansas City's tilt with New York this weekend, his signing with the Chiefs' practice squad is an indication that the team's front office is taking its need for new talent seriously at the wide receiver position.
