This week, Chiefs Wire's Ed Easton Jr. spoke with four-time Super Bowl champion and FOX Sports analyst Rob Gronkowski.
In his interview with Easton Jr., Gronkowski discussed the 'Bounty Is Your Wingman' campaign, which helps fans manage every spill, cleanup, and messy finger so that they can stay focused on the game. He shares insight into Kansas City Chiefs
tight end Travis Kelce's start to the 2026 season."I mean, all wings are great, but my favorite is barbecue wings with blue cheese, and it has to be a blue cheese from Buffalo," said Gronkowski. "Buffalo always got the legit blue cheese, but I'm a barbecue guy. Love those wings right there. Buffalo hot wings, but if there's barbecue, that's what I'm going for every time."
"The expectation
was kind of like how he (Kelce) did last year: get some first downs, you know, a couple touchdowns here and there, but never really have a breakout game. I can tell you this: he's already surpassed the expectations. I mean, so yes, there was some, but he's passing it," said Gronkowski. "He looks younger this year. He looks faster than last year, and the previous year, and whatever he was doing, whatever it is, you've got to tip your hat and give him credit because he's looking phenomenal out there."
Kelce is an 11-time Pro Bowler and is in his 14th season. Gronkowski believes he doesn't need to be the main option this season, which has helped him start the year.
"He (Kelce) doesn't need to be that focal piece anymore. They needed that focal piece, and they got it with Kenneth Walker," said Gronkowski. "But they need him to be very solid and amp up his play, and he did from last year, and that's why this team is very dangerous right now."
