On the 'Chiefs Wire Podcast Interview Series', we showcase new players, celebrities, and prominent NFL players with unique takes and stories about the Kansas City Chiefs.
Watch Senior Writer Ed Easton Jr. speak with legendary professional golfer Annika Sörenstam. She commented on WNBA superstar and lifelong Chiefs fan Caitlin Clark's developing golf skills.
"I would love to see Caitlin (Clark) compete in something like this. She's played in my event, 'The ANNIKA,' down at the Pelican in the Tampa area for the LPGA. She loves golf, and she's a good golfer. I mean, she has played golf for quite a few years, and she's athletic, as we all know," said Sörenstam. "She would be a great addition, I think, to the tournament. Also, from the women's perspective,
I would love to have her when her (WNBA) season doesn't collide with what we're doing. Just like Steph Curry, as you know, he's such a fan favorite. He's an amazing athlete; he's won this event. They have the skills to do it."
