The Kansas City Chiefs will travel to Lumen Field for a Sunday Night Football showdown against the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks in Week 7. The home team recently announced it will wear its 90s-inspired threads for the second straight week.
The Seahawks will wear their fan-favorite royal blue-and-silver throwback uniforms for the ninth time since the 2023 regular season. Seattle wore them three times last season, evoking memories of their AFC West days.

Kansas City last shared a division with Seattle from 1977 through 2001, before the Seahawks realigned to the NFC West. Seattle edged out Kansas City for the AFC West title in 1999 after both
teams tied at 9-7. The Seahawks won the tiebreaker over the Chiefs because they beat them twice in the regular season.
Seattle's uniform change will add flair and nostalgia to the important Sunday Night Football showdown. Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker III will also be a headline topic, returning to face the team he led to a Super Bowl and earned Super Bowl LX MVP honors.
