The NFL has announced that Kansas City Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker III is a nominee for one of this week's FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week Awards. Walker recorded 20 carries for 175 yards and two touchdowns in the divisional win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
As part of FedEx's expanded work with Feeding America and longstanding commitment to addressing food insecurity, Walker's honor would also spark a $2,000 donation to Harvesters – The Community Food Network, a local Kansas City food bank in the Feeding America network.

"I always want to get better each season. You learn more about your body, and you know everything,"
said Walker during his Week 4 postgame press conference. "But being around a lot of guys- the linemen, tight ends, wide receivers- they're making my job a lot easier, making the run game a lot easier to go out there and make plays. So it's a lot of credit to those guys as well. It's not just me."
Walker has taken this award home twice in his career (2022 and 2023).
