According to veteran reporter Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 in Houston, the Minnesota Vikings hosted former Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman C.J. Hanson for a workout on November 3.
Hanson was selected by the Chiefs in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft and appeared in four games during his two-year stint in Kansas City.
A former Holy Cross Crusader, Hanson earned first-team FCS All-American honors and a spot on the first-team All-Patriot League squad as a collegian in 2023.
Wilson reported Hanson's visit with the Vikings in a post to his official Twitter account on November 3, shortly after the workout was conducted:

While it does not appear that a signing with Minnesota
is imminent, Hanson gained valuable experience under legendary Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, which is sure to help him find a suitor in free agency ahead of the 2026 NFL trade deadline later this month.
