The Kansas City Chiefs found the end zone for the first time in their AFC matchup against the New York Jets at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
While the Chiefs' offense struggled to gain momentum in the first quarter of their Week 9 showdown after turning over the ball on their opening drive, quarterback Patrick Mahomes led Kansas City down the field on a well-orchestrated drive that ended in a touchdown pass to running back Kenneth Walker.
The Chiefs took an early 7-6 lead after Mahomes' pass to Walker, Kansas City's first advantage of the game.
Take a look at this video of Walker's receiving touchdown, which was posted to Twitter by the Chiefs' official account.

The reigning Super Bowl MVP has struggled to produce on offense over the past two weeks, but has seemingly turned a corner against New York's struggling rushing defense.
After losing the last two games, Kansas City desperately needs to win Sunday's showdown against the Jets to keep its 2026 playoff hopes alive.
