Chiefs HC Andy Reid discusses his career impact on superstar players

This week, Chiefs Wire's Ed Easton Jr. spoke with Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.

In his interview with Easton Jr., Reid discussed his partnership with Kraft Singles

I've shared that with some kids, whether it was my own kids or these high school kids that I might have a chance to talk to, and the great ones, and so as a coach you get excited about that, and that's what kind of drives you to find something for these guys." said Reid, "Well, in return, the players appreciate that. They respect you for that, and so really, you become what you got in this thing for: to be a teacher, and that's where you find satisfaction. You find it by spending all these hours that coaches do digging in and trying to find that little nugget that they could give you, so you can go out and be even greater than you already are."
