According to Jonathan Jones of 'The Athletic,' the Kansas City Chiefs are actively assessing their options at the wide receiver position ahead of the 2026 NFL trade deadline on November 10.
Injuries decimated the depth of Kansas City's receiving corps early in the regular season, and rumors have been swirling about the team's interest in acquiring a new pass-catcher.
"The Chiefs continue to search for wide receiver help," Jones wrote of Kansas City in a trade deadline mega-update. "Multiple sources say they’re looking for a big-name receiver — Josh Downs comes up most often — but they are 'checking on everyone,' one rival executive tells me. I will be floored if they don’t have someone by Tuesday evening."
