The Kansas City Chiefs are one quarter away from opening their 2026 regular season campaign with a victory against the Denver Broncos on 'Monday Night Football.'
With just under three minutes to play in the third quarter, superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes found legendary tight end Travis Kelce for a huge gain that set up a 28-yard field goal for veteran kicker Harrison Butker.
In what might be his final season, Kelce — a four-time All-Pro and future Hall of Famer — appears to be as healthy and spry as he was in year one.
Take a look at Kelce's impressive catch-and-run that kept Kansas City ahead of Denver in this video, which was posted to Twitter by the Chiefs' official account:

Kelce's outstanding chemistry with Mahomes was evident in this outstanding play, which could be a sign of greatness to come for a Kansas City squad that is looking to rebound after a disastrous 2025 campaign.
