"So, Tyquan (Thornton) had a real good training camp. You know that, so I think he's just kind of carried that over into this," said Reid. "I would anticipate that he continues to make the same plays or have the same opportunities that he had yesterday (Sunday night), but you never know in these games who's going to have the game and who's not, or who had the opportunities and who's not. But he's well-deserving of what he got, and then he took advantage of it by making the play, and a couple of those were tough catches, and he did a great job with it. I'm sure he's probably a little sore. He took a couple of shots

in there."

Thornton finished the Week 2 victory over the Indianapolis Colts with four receptions for 86 yards, including a 45-yard catch to the goal line. The former 2022 NFL Draft second-round pick finished the 2025 season with 19 catches for 438 yards and three touchdowns.
