According to Chiefs beat writer Pete Sweeney of the Kansas City Star, Thomas missed practice on Thursday due to a hamstring injury, which could throw a wrench into defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo's game plan for the rivalry showdown.
While the severity of Thomas' injury remains unclear, the Chiefs would be at a major disadvantage without the former Oklahoma Sooner, who turned heads with impressive performances in Kansas City's preseason campaign.
