On the 'Chiefs Wire Podcast Interview Series', we showcase new players, celebrities, and prominent NFL players with unique takes and stories about the Kansas City Chiefs.
Listen as Senior Writer Ed Easton Jr. speaks with Emmy Award-winning actor Eric Stonestreet. He described his friendships with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and general manager Brett Veach. He also recapped working with Patrick Mahomes on the latest Coors Light commercial and shared his experience at Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding.
"As I've gotten to know him, what I've realized about him is some people say, 'Don't sweat the small stuff. 'I've always been a person that's like, you do have to sweat the small stuff. The small stuff is where it all is. Now, you may not want
to get mired in life's small stuff, but paying attention to everything is important," saidStonestreet. "Brett (Veach), I can tell you, pays attention to every single ounce of every single business of Kansas City football. What's blown my mind is how he's paying attention to players' birthdays and making sure social media wishes them a happy birthday. He's paying attention to who the number-one college running back is. He's paying attention to who the best undrafted right tackle is; it's across the board."
