The Cleveland Browns have seen some injuries stack up in recent weeks, but on Wednesday, October 14, they had some good news.
The team announced that running back Dylan Sampson was being designated to return from injury. He suffered a knee injury back on Sept. 13 after it occurred in the team's Week 1 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was placed in injured reserve on Sept. 15 and has been working his way back since.
With the team designating him to return, they now have 21 days for Sampson to be added to the active roster. If he fails to be activated fully, he would remain on injured reserve for the remainder of the season.
Sampson played in 16 games for the Browns after being drafted out of Tennessee in 2025. He has racked up 175 rushing yards
in his career. He also added some dynamic ability out of the backfield by catching 33 passes for 271 receiving yards.
