Football is in the air as teams hit the practice field for training camp as they get ready for the 2026 NFL regular season. The Cleveland Browns are on the field in Berea, and their rivals in the AFC North are hitting the field as well, as the preseason is just a couple of weeks away.
However, it wasn't a good start for the other Ohio team, the Cincinnati Bengals, as their first-round pick from last season, Shemar Stewart, suffered a leg injury on Wednesday. During a full team rep, he suffered an ugly-looking leg injury; don't look it up on video if you have a weak stomach. Stewart had to be carted off the field after suffering the injury.
The Bengals were hoping for a big step forward this season after a rocky rookie season, and now that could
be in jeopardy. He had just one sack as a rookie, and with Trey Hendrickson moving on to the Ravens, expectations were high.
