The Cleveland Browns have had plenty of time this offseason to reflect on what they need to do in 2026. With a new coaching staff and an overhauled roster, Week 1 will speak volumes about what they'll be like.
ESPN also did one last bit of reflection when they tasked the beat writers for their respective teams with answering a few final questions about their teams. However, one question went to Matt Bowen, who discussed the fantasy sports angle of this and who he would be targeting if he had to pick someone from this offense.
He explained, "If I'm targeting a Browns player, it has to be running back Quinshon Judkins. He suffered an ankle injury late in 2025, but he averaged 12.1 fantasy points per game and posted 20-plus points in two games. Judkins can
handle volume between the tackles in an offense that should be more run heavy this season."
Judkins is worth starting in Week 1 against the Jaguars' defense. Beyond just that, he could be a fun RB2 in lineups despite the Browns' offense seemingly being in a less-than-ideal situation due to the quarterback situation. Judkins can be the safety valve for whoever is under center, so Bowen giving him the nod makes sense.
