The Cleveland Browns march into Week 7 with an AFC North division lead and momentum behind them again. They are starting a softer stretch of the schedule but remain focused on the task ahead, which is the Tennessee Titans. Despite winning their first game in Week 6, the Titans are better than they have played.
The Browns can win this game, though, if they keep up their defensive aggressiveness and make significant second-half adjustments. Todd Monken and his staff have risen to the occasion in every game, but this could be their first complete game in 2026 if they execute the way they are capable of.
We said this is a poor Titans team, but there is still a game to be played, and we have some positions to look over.
Offensive Line
The Browns' offensive line was
set to have four new starters in Week 1, and that was seen as highly unconventional. Fast forward to the present, the team ended up with all five offensive linemen being new pieces on the team, with two of them being rookies. The unit as a whole has had some growing pains, but in the last two weeks they have found themselves. The interior, especially rookie Austin Barber, has really met the moment and has become a building block alongside high-profile free agent signings Elgton Jenkins and Zion Johnson.
Running Backs
The Browns' running game has been far from perfect this year, but compared to what the Titans have done, they have exceeded expectations. While having Judkins back and healthy is going to be ideal, they have shown they can be effective with players coming in on short notice, even. The offensive line helps, sure, but they also are being utilized in the right moments, and that should continue against the Titans.
Linebackers
The linebacker duo of Carson Schwesinger and Quincy Williams has had its moments this year. For Williams specifically, he will get to show his former head coach Robert Saleh what he is capable of with the Browns. The Cleveland linebacker unit is a tier above, maybe two, what the Titans have at the moment. What is already a tough run game for Tennessee is going to have a harder time.
