We are now in October, and it is spooky season for the NFL. Several teams are left scrambling after what was expected to be promising seasons, while others are scaring those teams after being expected to be bottom feeders.
With all that said, we get to look at some power rankings before more games in October shake things up after a unique September. The latest rankings are from ESPN and their group of beat writers. They ranked the Browns 19th after a September that saw them find their way to the top of the AFC North with a 3-1 record.
The rest of the AFC North shaped up as follows:
- Baltimore Ravens 6th
- Cincinnati Bengals 15th
- Pittsburgh Steelers 20th
The division is going to get shaken up quickly in October with the Ravens and Browns poised to face off in Week 6. Beyond that game, the Steelers are still in the process
of righting the ship, and the Bengals need to find themselves before it is too late.
As usual, the AFC North is must-watch TV once again.
