Five wins on the year, five game-winning drives for the Cleveland Browns. Deshaun Watson's late-game heroics once again saved the Browns as they went to Tennessee and beat the Titans 27-24. Here are the winners and losers from Cleveland's win today.
Winner: Quinshon Judkins
Quinshon Judkins appears back and fully healthy after his ankle injury. The former Ohio State product rushed for 96 yards and a pair of touchdowns, which helped lift this offense and remain competitive. The ground game as a whole had a stellar outing, but Judkins led the charge on the day.
Loser: Browns' rush defense
It was a great day to take the over's on the rushing prop bets, as Tony Pollard ran for 129 yards and three touchdowns. The Browns entered today with a league-average rush defense, but they would allow 141 total
yards on the ground to the Titans.
Winner: KC Concepcion
Today's win was the breakout performance we were waiting for from wide receiver KC Concepcion. Concepcion had an outstanding game, catching eight passes for 129 yards and adding 23 yards on the ground. Boston has seen some stellar performances so far, and seeing Concepcion really break out is an encouraging sign for the future of that duo.
Loser: Browns' pass rush
The Browns had totaled three or more sacks in each of their last five games, and many believed that with the return of Mason Graham, this streak would continue. However, the pass rush for Cleveland was nonexistent today, sacking Cam Ward just one time and registering only four quarterback hits on 32 dropbacks.
