The Ohio State football team will travel to Iowa to take on the Hawkeyes in what will be a Top 25 matchup. The Buckeyes come in ranked No. 5 and Iowa No. 14. Coming off an emotional win at Michigan, the Hawkeyes will feel like they can take down anyone, especially in front of a home crowd fueled by ESPN College GameDay being in town and a later start time.
While we don't know how the game will play out, we do know what Ohio State will be wearing when they take the field in Kinnick Stadium. For the first time ever, the Buckeyes will come out in the newly redesigned all-white "Sub Zero" uniforms. OSU has worn the all-white combo before, but this will be the first time with the "Buckeye Stripe" sleeves. Joey Kaufmann of the Columbus Dispatch reported
this was a decision made by the team captains. It will be the first time Ohio State has deviated from it tradional uniforms this season.
