Ohio State had a nice bounce-back win last Saturday, one week after giving away a 20-point lead to Texas. And while it was an impressive performance, it was expected, and there were still some issues that continued to show and will need to be corrected.
The Buckeyes now head into Big Ten play when it hosts the Fighting Illini for the right to walk away with the Illibuck Trophy. OSU would love nothing more than to keep it and continue on its journey to right the ship and look to contend for a Big Ten title and make a potential deep run in the College Football Playoff.

Ohio State 41, Illinois 13: Give Sayin time to work, and bad things happen to opposing defenses. Once again, the Buckeyes will underwhelm with the ground game, but the passing attack will pick the Illini clean. Illinois isn’t showing enough of an offensive punch to pull this off, but it’ll have its moments. It won’t be close to enough, as Ohio State wins easily (and watch, it’ll probably drop even further in the rankings).
