What was looking like a Henry trifecta apparently is no more. With sister Seini Henry, a junior on the Ohio State women's basketball team, and brother Chris Henry Jr., a freshman on the football team, many were hopeful the Buckeyes could bring younger brother DeMarcus Henry, the No. 3 small forward in the nation, home to Columbus. All three are the offspring of former Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver, the late Chris Henry, who passed away in 2009.
The dream of a third Henry in Scarlet and Gray died on Monday afternoon, when Henry announced a commitment day of Friday, Oct. 30, and narrowed his list to just four. Ohio State made the cut of eight earlier in July, but was not to be found when the new list was revealed. The finalists include
Arkansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Louisville. According to 247Sports, Henry is the No. 1 small forward in the country.
It seems most experts are leaning towards Chapel Hill as being the destination of choice for the younger brother after a weekend visit with the Tar Heels. But as always, nothing is official until pen hits paper.

Part of Henry's decision to look elsewhere may be due to the fact that Ohio State just signed the No. 3 small forward in America this past recruiting season, Anthony Thompson. Thompson is expected to play a big role with the Buckeyes as a true freshman.
